Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through the Bet Motion product on the website betmotios.com (the "Site" or "Services"). By registering an account or using any part of the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The Services are provided by Vision Media Services N.V., a company incorporated in Curaçao, operating the Bet Motion brand under sub-license number 8048/JAZ issued by Antillephone N.V. under the Government of Curaçao. Certain payment processing services may be provided by Overalis Ltd, a company established in Cyprus.
Important UK notice: Bet Motion at betmotios.com is not licensed by the UK Gambling Commission and is not connected to GamCare, GamStop or any UK-approved alternative dispute resolution provider. If you are resident in, or accessing the Services from, the United Kingdom, you do so on a "grey-market" basis without UK regulatory protections. You must not use the Services if doing so would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.
These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026 and replace any earlier versions published on betmotios.com.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following expressions have the meanings set out below. These definitions apply whether the terms appear in the singular or plural.
- "Operator" means Vision Media Services N.V., the company that owns and operates the Bet Motion brand and provides the Services via betmotios.com, together with its affiliates and payment processors, including Overalis Ltd where applicable.
- "Site" or "betmotios.com" means the website through which the Bet Motion gambling Services are offered.
- "User" or "Player" means any natural person who creates an account, logs in, places a bet or otherwise uses the Services on betmotios.com.
- "Account" means a registered user account opened in the Player's name on betmotios.com for the purpose of accessing the Services, holding funds, placing bets and receiving payouts.
- "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake of real money or bonus funds placed by a Player on a game, event or outcome available on the Site.
- "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, free bets, cash-back or other incentive granted by the Operator, subject to specific terms and wagering requirements.
- "Real Money Balance" means funds that a Player has deposited and that are not subject to any wagering requirements.
- "Bonus Balance" means funds or credits credited as part of a promotion and subject to specific wagering and withdrawal restrictions.

- "Grey-market clients" in relation to the United Kingdom means that the Operator does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence and the Services are not supervised by UK regulators, even if Players from the UK can technically access the Site.
Account Registration
Eligibility and Age Verification
- Minimum age: You may only open an Account and use the Services if you are at least 18 years old or older than the minimum legal gambling age in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
- Jurisdictional legality: You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using Bet Motion on betmotios.com is legal in your country or territory (including the UK). The Operator does not provide legal advice and may block or close Accounts from Restricted Territories.
- UK-specific note: If you are resident in the United Kingdom, you acknowledge that the Operator is licensed in Curaçao (licence no. 8048/JAZ) and not by the UK Gambling Commission, and that you will have no UKGC, GamStop or GamCare protections while using the Services.
Account Creation Process
- Registration form: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form on betmotios.com, providing your full name, date of birth, country of residence, email address, chosen username and password, and any other information requested by the Operator.
- Email verification: The Operator may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link sent to your registered email before your Account becomes fully active.
- KYC documentation: At registration or at any later time (for example, before processing withdrawals, upon reaching certain transaction thresholds or during security checks), you may be asked to provide KYC documents, including but not limited to:
- Valid government-issued photo ID (passport, national ID card or driving licence);
- Proof of address dated within the last 3 - 6 months (utility bill, bank statement, tax letter);

- AML/KYC compliance: The Operator applies an internal Anti-Money Laundering and Know Your Customer Policy. Accounts may be suspended until verification is completed. Failure or refusal to provide requested documentation may result in Account closure and possible retention of funds where required by law or regulatory obligations.
User Obligations and Account Security
- Accuracy of data: You must provide accurate, complete and up-to-date information during registration and keep it updated. Use of false identities, impersonation or providing misleading information is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate Account closure and forfeiture of winnings.
- Single account: You may only hold one Account on betmotios.com. Multiple Accounts, duplicate registrations and "family" or "household" account schemes are not permitted unless explicitly authorised by the Operator.
- Password confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your Account. You must not share your credentials with any third party.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised or used without your authorisation, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator via the contact channels provided on the Site.
- Responsible use: You agree not to use your Account for any illegal purpose, including fraud, money laundering, collusion, chargeback abuse, or use by minors. The Operator may report suspicious activity to relevant authorities.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Betting Conditions
- Placing bets: Bets may be placed only via your logged-in Account on betmotios.com. A Bet is accepted once it has been recorded and confirmed by the Operator's systems. The bet history available in your Account will serve as proof of the bets you have placed.
- Minimum and maximum stakes: Each game or product may specify minimum and maximum bet limits. These limits are displayed within the game interface or bet slip. The Operator may adjust limits at any time, including setting personalised limits for particular Players.
- Bet confirmation: Once you confirm your Bet, it cannot generally be cancelled or modified. It is your responsibility to ensure that all details (stake, game, selection, odds) are correct before confirmation.
- Game rules: Each casino game, slot or live casino table is subject to its own rules and paytables, which are accessible from within the game. In the event of any inconsistency between these Terms and a specific game rule, the specific game rule will prevail for that game.
Modification, Cancellation and Voids
- Operator cancellations: The Operator may void or cancel a Bet in whole or in part if:
- the Bet was accepted in error (for example, due to a manifest technical or pricing error);
- the event result has been directly or indirectly influenced by fraud, collusion or criminal activity; or
- you have breached these Terms or applicable law.
- Technical failures: In the event of a system or communication failure, malfunction or error that affects the recording or settlement of Bets, the Operator may:
- void affected Bets and refund the stake; or
- reconstruct the transaction history from system logs where reasonably possible.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the internet or the Site while playing, the outcome of any completed round will still stand and be reflected in your balance once the connection is restored. Unfinished game rounds will be handled according to the specific game rules.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: When using any live casino, chat or interactive feature, you must treat dealers, staff and other Players respectfully. Insults, harassment, hate speech, obscenity, threats or discriminatory language are strictly prohibited.
- No promotion or solicitation: You may not use chat or any other communication tools on betmotios.com to advertise, solicit, promote other websites or services, or share personal contact details.
- Anti-fraud measures: Any attempt to cheat, use bots or automated tools, exploit bugs, apply arbitrage strategies that the Operator considers abusive, or collude with other Players is forbidden. The Operator may void Bets, confiscate funds and close Accounts in such cases.
- Monitoring: The Operator reserves the right to monitor and record chat communications and gameplay activity for security, regulatory and quality-assurance purposes.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation and Eligibility
- Promotional offers: From time to time, the Operator may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, free bets, cash-back and other promotions for Bet Motion on betmotios.com. Each promotion is subject to these general Bonus Terms and any specific conditions stated in the promotional description.
- Activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:
- opt-in on the promotions page or in your Account;
- enter a bonus code at the time of deposit; or
- meet a specified minimum deposit amount.
- Eligibility restrictions: Bonuses are intended for recreational Players and may be restricted by country, currency, payment method or individual Player status. The Operator may exclude Players from particular promotions at its sole discretion, for example where it suspects bonus abuse.
Wagering Requirements and Timeframes
- Turnover obligations: Unless otherwise stated, Bonus funds and any winnings derived from them must be wagered a specified number of times (for example, 30x the bonus amount) before they become withdrawable. The exact wagering requirement will be displayed in the relevant offer.
- Contribution of games: Different games may contribute differently to wagering requirements (for example, slots 100%, table games or live casino a lower percentage, some games 0%). The contribution table for each promotion will be set out in the specific bonus rules.
- Time limits: Bonuses are available only for a limited period. Unless otherwise specified, wagering requirements must typically be completed within 30 days from the date of Bonus crediting in 2026. Unused Bonuses and associated winnings may expire and be removed after the applicable timeframe.
- Maximum bet with bonus: The Operator may set a maximum allowed stake per game round while wagering a Bonus (for example, a limit per spin or hand). Bets exceeding the allowed maximum may not count towards wagering and may lead to confiscation of Bonus funds and related winnings.
Prohibited Actions and Bonus Abuse
- Irregular play: The following, without limitation, may be considered abusive or irregular play when using Bonuses:
- placing large bets that result in a substantial win, followed by significantly reducing the stake size;
- placing equal, zero-margin or low-risk bets (for example, covering a high percentage of possible outcomes);
- colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements or secure guaranteed profits; or
- using multiple Accounts or multiple identities to claim the same promotion more than once.
- Game restrictions: Certain games or game categories may be excluded from Bonus wagering and may be listed as "prohibited games" in promotional terms. Wagers on these games may not count towards wagering requirements.
- Consequences of abuse: If the Operator reasonably believes that you have breached the Bonus Terms or engaged in Bonus abuse, it may:
- void Bonus funds and winnings associated with the Bonus;
- deduct misused Bonuses from your Account balance; and/or
- close or restrict your Account.
Combining Promotions
- One offer at a time: Unless expressly stated, Bonuses and promotions cannot be combined. Only one active Bonus may apply to your Account at any given time.
- Order of use: Real Money Balance is generally used before Bonus Balance when placing Bets. Specific rules may vary by promotion and will be indicated in the relevant terms.
- Operator's discretion: The Operator reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel any Bonus or promotion at any time, provided that changes will not adversely affect Bonuses already accepted, except in cases of fraud, technical error or other legitimate grounds.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: Deposits may be made using available methods displayed in your Account cashier on betmotios.com, which may include bank cards, bank transfers, e-wallets and selected cryptocurrencies, depending on your location and internal policies.
- Processing and limits: Each payment method may be subject to specific minimum and maximum deposit limits. Deposits are usually processed immediately but may occasionally take longer due to intermediary banking, payment processors or blockchain confirmations.
- Source of funds: You must only use payment instruments that are registered in your own name. The Operator may request evidence that you are the legitimate holder of the payment method being used.
- Fees: The Operator generally aims not to charge fees for deposits; however, third-party providers, banks or wallet operators may charge their own fees or apply exchange rates. Any Operator-imposed fees, if applicable, will be displayed in the cashier.
Withdrawals

- Methods and routing: Withdrawals are usually made via the same method used for deposits, where technologically possible. If this is not feasible, the Operator may select an alternative method, including bank transfer, subject to compliance checks.
- Processing times: The Operator endeavours to review withdrawal requests within a reasonable period (for example, within 24 - 72 hours). Actual receipt of funds may take longer depending on third-party payment processors, banks or the blockchain network.
- Limits and instalments: The Operator may apply daily, weekly or monthly withdrawal limits. Large withdrawals may be paid in instalments, especially where required by internal risk controls or payment processor restrictions.
- Dormant balances: If your Account remains inactive for an extended period, dormant account rules may apply as stated on betmotios.com. The Operator may charge reasonable administration fees or close dormant Accounts, subject to applicable law.
Refunds and Reversals
- Bet settlement: Bets correctly settled according to game and event rules are final. Refunds of losing Bets will not normally be granted.
- Technical issues: If Bets are affected by technical failures, malfunctions or errors, the Operator may void affected Bets and refund the stake to your Real Money Balance, in line with its game and system logs.
- Chargebacks: Initiating chargebacks or payment disputes without a valid reason is prohibited. The Operator may close your Account, deduct any fees incurred, and report fraudulent chargebacks to relevant authorities.
- Bonus refunds: Where a Bonus is cancelled (for example, at your request or for technical reasons), the Operator may remove the Bonus and any associated winnings, leaving only your original Real Money Balance, unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Fairness and integrity: The Operator aims to ensure that all games offered on Bet Motion via betmotios.com are fair and operate as intended. Games are provided by third-party software providers who may be subject to independent testing and certification.
- Accuracy of results: Game results are determined by random number generators or other approved mechanisms. The Operator will settle Bets based on the official game results recorded by its systems.
- Service availability: The Operator will use reasonable efforts to keep the Site available and functioning, but continuous, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed, especially in light of technical, security or maintenance requirements.
Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator is not liable for:
- telecommunications or internet failures, delays or interruptions;
- malfunctions or defects in hardware or software not directly controlled by the Operator; or
- losses resulting from viruses, distributed denial-of-service attacks or other harmful technologies affecting your devices.
- Third-party services: The Operator is not responsible for acts or omissions of third-party payment providers, game suppliers, banks or intermediaries, including the processing of deposits, withdrawals or currency conversion.
- Indirect damages: The Operator will not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on liability: Without prejudice to any statutory rights that may not be excluded, the total aggregate liability of the Operator to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the Services, whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise, shall not exceed the greater of:
- the amount of the relevant Bet or Wager that gave rise to the claim; or
- the amount actually deposited by you into your Account in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
- Consumer protection caveat: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law applicable to you.
- UK context: As Bet Motion at betmotios.com is not regulated by the UK Gambling Commission, UK-specific statutory protections applicable to UK-licensed operators will not apply. This does not affect any non-excludable rights you may have under laws that mandatorily apply to you.
Intellectual Property Rights
Ownership
- Site content: All content on betmotios.com, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video, software, databases and the overall look and feel, is owned or licensed by the Operator and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other intellectual property laws.
- Software: The gaming software, back-office systems and all related technology used to provide the Bet Motion Services are owned by the Operator or its licensors. You are granted only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use such software for personal entertainment via the Site.
Prohibited Uses
- No copying or distribution: You may not copy, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, transmit, display, perform, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Site content or software without prior written consent from the Operator.
- No reverse engineering: You may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to access the source code of any software used on betmotios.com, except where such actions cannot be prohibited by applicable law.
- Trade marks: The Bet Motion name, logos and any other trade marks used in connection with the Services may not be used without prior written authorisation. Nothing in these Terms grants you any rights in such trade marks.

- Notification methods: When material changes are made, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify you, which may include:

Acceptance of Updated Terms
- Continued use: By continuing to use the Services after updated Terms become effective (including after 1 January 2026 and subsequent updates), you are deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
- Right to discontinue: If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using the Services, request closure of your Account and withdraw any available Real Money Balance, subject to any necessary verification checks and applicable rules.
- Version control: The Operator may retain previous versions of the Terms for record-keeping purposes, and the version applicable to your use will be the one in force at the time of the relevant event.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, withhold or confiscate funds, and/or cancel Bets if it reasonably believes that:
- you have breached these Terms, bonus rules or game rules;
- you have engaged in fraud, money laundering, collusion, cheating, chargeback abuse or other unlawful conduct;
- you have provided false or misleading information or failed to pass KYC checks; or

- Security suspensions: Accounts may be temporarily suspended while security or verification checks are performed. The Operator will usually complete such checks within a reasonable timeframe.
Player-Initiated Closure

- Withdrawal on closure: Subject to verification and compliance checks, you will be entitled to withdraw your Real Money Balance at the time of closure, excluding any Bonus Balance or funds confiscated due to breach of these Terms.
Consequences of Termination
- Effect on Bets: On termination, any unsettled Bets may be voided or settled at the Operator's discretion, subject to applicable game rules and legal requirements.
- Funds and records: The Operator may withhold funds where required by law, for example in relation to suspicious transactions. Transaction and KYC records may be retained for a legally required retention period.
- Access: Once your Account is closed, you will no longer be able to access the Services via Bet Motion on betmotios.com, except to the extent necessary to complete pending legal or regulatory matters.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
Applicable Law
- Primary governing law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Bet Motion Services on betmotios.com are governed by the laws of Curaçao, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
- Mandatory local law: If you are a consumer resident in a country whose mandatory consumer protection laws provide you with additional rights that cannot be waived by contract, those rights will remain applicable alongside Curaçao law.
Dispute Resolution
- Internal complaints: If you wish to make a complaint, you should first contact the Operator's customer support via the channels indicated on betmotios.com, providing full details and supporting evidence.
- Escalation to regulator (Curaçao): If, after following the internal complaint procedure, you are not satisfied with the outcome, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority, Antillephone N.V., referencing licence number 8048/JAZ, using the complaint mechanism described on its official website.
- Jurisdiction: Subject to any right you may have to bring proceedings in your home jurisdiction under mandatory law, any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Curaçao.
- UK context: As the Operator does not hold a UK Gambling Commission licence, UK-specific alternative dispute resolution schemes approved by the UKGC and protections such as GamStop are not available for disputes arising from your use of Bet Motion on betmotios.com.
